Darfon Announcing Five New Products at Intersolar North America 2017
New products range from a microinverter to complete energy storage solutions
SAN FRANCISCO, July 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Darfon America Corp. introduced its latest generation of products at Intersolar North America 2017. The new product lineup includes a microinverter, data monitoring solution and energy storage systems.

Darfon's G640 microinverter will be available starting August 2017. The ComBox monitoring solution, as well as, the H100, H200 and H300 energy storage systems are available now through authorized distributors.
The Darfon G640 is a dual-input microinverter. It has all the benefits of a microinverter with the cost-per-watt of a string inverter, making the G640 the most economical solution for residential and commercial systems.
"Why are solar products so cumbersome to install? This is one reoccurring complaint we hear from installers. It is also why Darfon has been working hard to develop complete easy-to-install solutions," said Frank O'Young, Darfon Associate VP.
The ComBox is an installation solution for Darfon's monitoring system that makes installation faster and easier for installers. Darfon's ComBox still separates the PLC communication from site's circuit noise, but speeds up installation by prewiring the Data Logger and PLC Box into a junction box.
Darfon integrates its H5000 hybrid inverter into three complete hybrid energy storage systems. The H100 integrates lead acid batteries and the hybrid inverter into a rack enclosure. The H100 is designed to provide PV supported backup. The H200 integrates Lithium batteries (LFP), the hybrid inverter and BMS into a rack enclosure. The H200 is designed to provide PV supported backup and arbitrage. The H300 is a wall-mounted solution that includes a 5kWh Lithium battery (LNMC) and the hybrid inverter with a pre-attached distribution box. The H300 is designed for people with limited budgets and houses with less than 2kW load to support.
