This leading annual event gathers thousands of professionals from all major segments in the industry, bringing together policy makers and thought leaders for collaboration.

At this event, Todd Williams, partner at ScottMadden, will discuss the concept of a playbook or model for effective management. Wind operators will learn how to leverage scale by adopting leading practices across their asset base using a proven model deployed by many large, conventional generation fleets. Additionally, ScottMadden will display a poster in the AWEA poster hall highlighting a case study where we helped one wind operator apply the concepts of a playbook to their wind safety function.
