Marathon Special Products' Solar Fuse Holder Terminates To Standard Bus Bar
Designed with terminals to accept standard bus bar as opposed to fabricated custom bars.
Marathon Special Products, a division of Regal Beloit Corporation, has added a new fuse holder to its line of products. This photovoltaic fuse holder is designed with terminals to accept standard bus bar as opposed to fabricated custom bars. The ability to use standard bus bar enables system integrators to significantly reduce the amount of copper bar purchased, bus bar fabrication, engineering and assembly time.
The PV10BW has UL4248-18 conformance up to 1000 volts and 30 amps, with terminals evaluated for use with 90°C wire. This design allows it to run cooler than traditional designs. In addition to the fuse holder's natural bus bar enclosing design, side and end covers are available for additional protection.
The PV10BW and the accessories to mount it are being stocked at Marathon distributor Peerless Electronics Inc.
Peerless' website can be accessed 24/7 at www.peerlesselectronics.com or call them at 800-285-2121.
