SAGINAW, Mich. – In celebration of Earth Day, Nexteer Automotive has partnered with other local organizations on a tracked solar photovoltaic installation at the Saginaw Intermediate School District's Hartley Outdoor Education Center. Nexteer will donate one SunSteer™ solar tracking system for an educational solar power installation at the center. Hemlock Semiconductor Group and Saginaw Valley State University are two of the local companies involved in the donation. The ground breaking is targeted for June 1, 2013.

SunSteer is manufactured at Nexteer's world headquarters in Saginaw, with more than 90 percent U.S. content and more than 50 percent of its content produced in Michigan.
