WEST DES MOINES, IA and MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – Nov. 15, 2012 – Google Inc. and RPM

Access, LLC (RPMA) today announced that Google has made a $75 million equity investment in
RPMA's Rippey Wind Farm. The 50 megawatt facility, located in Greene County, Iowa was built
by RPMA, a developer of wind farms headquartered in West Des Moines. RPM Access remains
the active partner and manager in the project, bringing its operational and management
expertise in three other Iowa wind farms to the partnership.

"Over the past two years, Google's investments have helped enable the deployment of
hundreds of megawatts of renewable energy," said Axel Martinez, Assistant Treasurer and Head
of Capital Markets at Google. "Our investment in the Rippey project is a further demonstration
of our commitment to a clean energy future."

"We're delighted to be partnering with Google on this project," said Steven Dryden, founder and
principal of RPMAccess. "Their investment enables RPMA to grow as a company, to invest
further in our existing projects and to pursue future development opportunities - this is a dream
come true for a small group of wind entrepreneurs."

Construction of the Rippey wind energy project commenced in November 2011 and has recently
achieved commercial operation. The Rippey project consists of 20 Nordex 2.5 megawatt
turbines, manufactured at Nordex USA's Jonesboro, Arkansas facility. The 50 megawatt facility
has the capacity to generate enough clean energy to power approximately 15,000 homes. The
energy produced by the wind farm has been contracted to Central Iowa Power Cooperative
(CIPCO).

Google operates a data center in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and works in a variety of ways to green
the grid in the regions where they operate. In 2010, Google entered into a long-term contract
to purchase wind energy from NextEra Energy Resources Story County II facility, and this
investment strengthens Google's ongoing commitment to renewable energy in Iowa and
beyond. Google's global commitment to renewable energy projects is over $990 million.
