Direct access to support services
The new service portal offers quick, direct access to skytron energys technical support team. Customers can use the portal to request spare parts, create service tickets and check the status of existing service requests. The portal also allows them to contact support directly with open questions or use skytron energys newly established wiki. In addition, feedback on products and services can be easily submitted via the site.
A clear and concise overview
"skytron energy not only provides monitoring and remote supervision solutions that are optimally tailored to customer requirements, it does so as quickly as possible and with minimal effort required on the part of power plant operators and investors. This principle is the driving force behind the new web presence," explains Francisco Baraona, CEO of skytron energy. The new website offers developers, EPC firms, utilities/IPPs, investors and O&M providers a clear and concise overview of all solutions - from management software, PV monitoring and power plant control to services such as O&M, project engineering, reporting, system migration, retrofitting, commissioning and technical support. By navigating to the next level of detail, customers can learn more about product features and the advantages of various solutions.
Collected knowledge available in the skytron energy wiki
The new service portal will include a wiki that contains additional information and practical tips centered around skytron energy solutions. "The wiki is an ideal way to make the knowledge weve collected over the past 40 years accessible to our customers and to continue to expand upon it systematically, so that step by step it becomes a true knowledge base," Baraona adds.
