Gael planning in Ireland
Natural Power's Irish office continues to expand with the appointment of Gael Gibson to the role of Principal Planner.
A qualified planner with more than 15 years of experience working within the planning system in Ireland and nine years experience in relation to the planning and development of the Irish transmission system, Gael joins the Natural Power team in Ireland having also previously worked for several local authorities and the transmission system operator in senior/principal planner roles. She has a strong background in all aspects of feasibility, land use management, strategic planning and policy formulation and has project management, expert witness and planning law training and experience. Gael is also a corporate member of the Irish Planning Institute.
Gael said: "I hope to play some part in creating a better environment, and believe Natural Power has the expertise and know-how to facilitate this through the development of renewable energy infrastructure. By adding value to the existing team and supporting its holistic and full life cycle approach to the delivery of projects, I look forward to strengthening our offering in Ireland."
