The EnergyFlow AFE Request and Approval Process enables an AFE to follow a defined workflow for request, completion, review and approval before creating the required budget in SunSystems or your chosen third party finance/procurement system.
By integrating AFE Request and Approval within the budget ledgers of a finance system, it allows for unbudgeted expenditure to be quickly identified and acted upon. EnergyFlow will send alerts to the enabling approvers and managers to remain pro-active in their management of AFE related spend.
