Alliance BioEnergy Plus, Inc. Prepares for Construction of Commercial Plants With Start of Process Engineering and Appointment of Development/Engineering Consultant

Now that the pilot plant is complete and the CTS process has scaled to a commercial level the Company will focus its efforts on completing the Process Engineering and start site selection with its sub-licensee partner.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., July 01, 2015 -- Alliance BioEnergy Plus, Inc. (OTCQB:ALLM) (the "Company") announced today that Gordon Lunt Development Consulting, Inc. ("Lunt") has been hired to act as its owners representative through the critical FEL 1 - 3 and Detailed Engineering phases of the CTS process, in preparation for the construction of the first commercial plants. Lunt has more than 40 years of experience in the engineering, design, approvals, general contracting, construction, administration, real estate brokerage, management, and disposition of construction and development projects ranging from Industrial and Distribution Facilities, to Corporate Headquarters Facilities, Commercial Office Buildings and Retail Shopping Centers. Lunt has worked in both the public and private sectors throughout the U.S and the Bahamas.


Lunt will work directly with the various engineering firms brought in to complete the process and will report directly to Jim Brown, President of AMG Energy Group. "Gordon has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in shepherding large industrial projects through the engineering phase and getting the doors open," said Jim Brown. "Our goal is to complete the FEL 1-3 and Detail engineering as soon as possible so we can get to the business of building plants early next year," he went on to say.

Now that the pilot plant is complete and the CTS process has scaled to a commercial level the Company will focus its efforts on completing the Process Engineering and start site selection with its sub-licensee partner. The initial plant will be designed to process 1,000 tons a day of bio-mass, with the ability to scale up or down easily depending on availability of feedstock, producing in excess of 560 tons of fermentable sugars per day.
