SUNRUN AND TESLA COLLABORATE TO OFFER CONSUMERS HOME ENERGY STORAGE NATIONWIDE
Tesla Powerwall to be Offered Through Sunrun Subsidiary AEE Solar
SAN FRANCISCO - May 1, 2015 - Sunrun, the largest dedicated residential solar company in the U.S., today announced its collaboration with Tesla Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) to expand access to renewable energy storage systems for homeowners across the country. As part of the agreement, AEE Solar, the leading nationwide distributor of solar products and a subsidiary of Sunrun will add Teslas recently announced Powerwall Home Battery to its line of storage offerings sold for use in homes.

The agreement also expands Sunruns energy storage program to include new types of storage solutions. Through its AEE subsidiary, Sunrun will be able to make these solutions available to the entire solar energy industry.
