Schneider Electric partners with Canadian Energy to grow Canadian Off-Grid Solar and Backup Power Markets

Burnaby, Canada, April 29, 2014 — Schneider Electric Solar Business, a global leader in solutions for the solar power conversion chain, is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Canadian Energy Corp for exclusive distribution of Schneider Electric's battery-based, solar offer in Canada.


Canadian Energy Corp is now the exclusive distributor of the Conext SW, Conext XW, Conext ComBox, MPPT Solar Charge Controllers and Battery based balance of system products in Canada.

This exclusive distribution model for the Schneider Electric Solar offering is the first of its kind in any geography and will bring improved customer experience in an exciting and competitive off-grid solar market.
