The Federal Court of Australia made a public declaration that Grace Solar had infringed one of Clenergy's certified innovation patents. Grace Solar is prohibited from selling its infringing products in Australia.

Clenergy was successful in obtaining judgement against the Chinese company, Grace Solar, on 16th May 2013 in the Federal Court of Australia.

The Court made a public declaration that Grace Solar had infringed one of Clenergy's certified innovation patents by selling a roof mounting system product with the rail and clamp.

The Court also granted Clenergy an injunction that prohibits Grace Solar from selling its infringing products in Australia.

In addition to the injunction the Court made orders requiring Grace Solar to surrender all of its remaining stock of the infringing products in Australia to Clenergy.

Finally, the Court also made orders requiring Grace Solar to pay financial compensation to Clenergy and to pay Clenergy's legal costs for pursuing it for patent infringement.
