Prothea advised Econergy Italia on the acquisition of 7 MW of PV assets from Sorgenia SpA
Prothea is pleased to announce that, under its advisory, the Israeli fund, Econergy, has acquired a portfolio of 7 MW of photovoltaic plants from Sorgenia SpA.
The portfolio is comprised of 10 PV plants located in several regions of Italy and includes both ground-based as well as industrial and commercial rooftop plants. A debt facility was provided as a project finance by Mediocredito Italiano.
