"We are not going bankrupt if that is what you are kindly asking. ARVA Energetika is a private company and as a private company we don't do much of explaining for the things we do. If we decide to close a few offices here and there, then it's our decision. We always try new things and sometimes new things refuse to work," Kolobashkin said, according to RUSOG.
