PNE WIND AG sells the "Kemberg II" wind farm

- "Kemberg II" wind farm fully constructed and operational - Five wind energy systems with a nominal output of 10 MW installed

Karlsruhe/Cuxhaven, 4. April 2012 - PNE WIND AG sold the "Kemberg II" wind

farm with five wind energy systems with a nominal output of 10 MW to EnBW
Energie Baden-Württemberg.

The wind farm project developer, PNE WIND AG has completed the construction
of the "Kemberg II" wind farm in Saxony-Anhalt. Five Vestas V90 wind energy
systems with a nominal output totalling 10 MW and an overall height of 150
metres have been constructed and are already in operation. After
commissioning, the wind farm can therefore be handed over in turnkey
condition to the purchaser, EnBW Erneuerbare Energien GmbH. PNE WIND AG will
continue to be responsible for the technical and commercial operation of
"Kemberg II".

The "Kemberg II" wind farm replaces five wind energy systems, which had been
decommissioned. This makes it a repowering project - i.e. a replacement of
older wind energy systems by more modern and more efficient ones. In
addition, this project rationalises the large Kemberg wind field by
occupying free space in the existing suitable planning area.

The wind energy systems constructed in the "Kemberg II" wind farm can
satisfy the annual electricity requirements of about 6,300 average private
households. At the same time, the systems make a significant contribution to
the protection of the environment because environmentally friendly
production of electricity from wind saves over 17,000 tons of carbon dioxide
and other harmful substances annually.

Stefan Thiele, Spokesperson for the Managing Board of EnBW Erneuerbare
Energien GmbH highlighted: "ENBW has continually expanded its onshore wind
portfolio over the past few years and with the completion of the Kemberg
project our portfolio is now six times bigger today. We will continue to
view our partnerships with project developers as a key ingredient to achieve
our ambitious growth targets."

Martin Billhardt, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PNE WIND AG,
comments: "With the completion of the Kemberg II wind farm we have realised
one of our many projects in Germany. Once again we have successfully
completed another repowering project. We will continue to follow this path
and also drive forward our foreign and offshore wind farm projects rapidly."
