Rogue Engineering Launches National Product Line of Charge Controllers

On May 23, 2008, Rogue Engineering announced the launch of their new line of Rhino Charge Controllers. While Rogue has been an established name in the engineering and technical manufacturing industry, the Rhino is the first of many product lines they will introduce to the public.
The Rhino, a product line of 6-12volt 5amp solar charge controllers, is designed to operate with little to no maintenance in the most challenging industrial and recreational settings. Consuming only 400 micro amps, the smallest self-consumption rate in the industry, the Rhino provides optimal battery performance. Simple and rugged, this charger can be powered by a solar panel or and AC adaptor for either on or off-grid systems. The Rhino product line is one of the only 5amp controller lines to offer "3 stage" charging. The Rhino also features liner charging, pluggable connectors, Urethane encapsulation all in a small convenient size.
