Lawrence, MA, February 3, 2005 - James Worden and Anita Rajan Worden, the co-founders of Solectria Corporation, announced the launch of a new company, Solectria Renewables, LLC (http://www.solren.com). The company is 100% focused on and dedicated to the development and manufacturing of power electronics for photovoltaic and other renewable power generation markets. Headquartered in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Solectria Renewables, LLC is a woman-owned business with secure, private financing.

The management of Solectria Renewables, LLC spent over fifteen years developing industry-leading inverters and other power electronics and systems technology at Solectria Corporation, which was recently acquired by Azure Dynamics Corporation (TSX: AZD & LSE: ADC) As part of that acquisition, Solectria Renewables, LLC received an exclusive, worldwide license to use software and hardware designed by Solectria Corporation for applications in the commercial and residential renewable power generation markets.

The company's current inverter products for the grid-tied market are the PVI1800 (1800W), PVI2500 (2500W), PVI13KW (13.2 kW) and PVI75KW (75kW), which are cost effective for systems ranging in size from 1.2 kW to 300 kW. They can also be effectively used in parallel to achieve almost any system power level. These products have over four million hours of combined testing time and installed operational hours at customer sites. Solectria Renewables will be expanding its product line over the next year, with a strong commitment to technology innovation, energy efficiency, and reliability.
