Lessons learned from the OEM to ISP handover - Natural Power presents at Wind Project O&M and Safety Conference

Natural Power's new Head of Operations and Asset Management in North America, Julius Carter, will present the ‘Handover between OEM and Independent Service Provider - lessons learned' at the forthcoming AWEA Wind Project O&M and Safety Conference 2017 which takes place at Paradise Point Resort and Spa, San Diego, from 28th February to 1st March.

He said: "AWEA is host to some of the best events in the North American wind industry. As always, we are delighted to be presenting our latest insight and sharing our perspectives with our peers at an important time for the industry, and welcome conversation from the industry in areas where we have developed in-depth experience."


Julius presentation will cover key parts of the handover process including exploring the reasons to move from an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) to ISP (independent service provider) in a maturing market, the advantages of using an ISP, obstacles to overcome during the transfer, implementation timescales, identifying potential gaps in service, the engagement process and what drives good performance.

Holly Hughes, Senior Vice President, Natural Power North America is also presenting ‘Asset performance management using benchmarking and big data, which is session 320 on Wednesday 1St March from 10.50hrs in the Mission Bay room; and Natural Powers President in North America, Jim Adams, will be moderating session 148 ‘Round the Hub: Partnering for Operational Excellence which takes place on Wednesday 1st March from 15.40hrs - 16.40hrs in the Paradise room.

Natural Power will also be exhibiting at the conference at Booth #14.
